There were only hand towels in the room. Smelled like smoke and have cigarette burned on the carpet. The freeway noise made it hard to sleep.

la persona del lobby fue muy grosera eras dos personas incluso me iso sentir discriiminada por que soy una chica trans siempre llegaba al mismo lugar y no avia tenido una mala experiencia como la mi ultima visita

I ended up not staying! I booked at a different hotel. The rooms smelled terrible, the tub had stains. It’s located next to the freeway and there’s trash all along the side of the fence. The area looked sketchy. I did not feel safe staying here.

This property was in a super sketchy location. The stuff featured like free wifi and breakfast didn’t exist. The held my deposit, even though I only used to the place to sleep while working in the area ( I even wiped everything down before I left). The staff were very rude, and yelled at me to just leave the key on top of the phone when checking out. People, please beware of this before you decide to book with this place.

The customer service was the worst. The staff is not helpful at all very pompous and judgemental.

The person who checked me in was great and very accommodating. The room was not the cleanest, but wasn’t terrible. The noise from the freeway was atrocious. I checked to see if the windows were open it was so noisy. In addition, in the morning whether because of the freeway, laundry, or construction nearby the room literally shook. It made sleeping nearly impossible. I should have done what the person who checked in before me did and leave immediately to find other accommodations.

Don’t stay here ! Don’t waste your time Terrible place! When I came the lobby door was closed , I have been waiting for 30 mins no one opened or picked up the phone call. I had to find another hotel to stay !! They refused to cancel my booking and charged me for 3 days even though I didn’t stay there because of their fault !
