Guests made to wait in line outside for extended periods of time to check in or to request anything from the office staff even though the hotel is located in an area that has high homeless population and rents most of its rooms to town residents instead of travelers so the hotel has been taken over by drug addicts and has a lot of people coming and going out of several rooms. After checking in I did not want to leave my room due to fear of walking to my car alone.
DO NOT STAY HERE!! DO NOT STAY HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! They made us wait in line for about 30 mins after the scheduled check in time. Tv didn’t work, needed more towels and room was still dirty. Bed not comfy and it was hot as hell in the room.
Not staying here again. Nope, not a great place to stay. People up all night, loud tv, loud talking, smell of pot. Jut felt generally unsafe. Police over loudspeaker one day..saw them walking aroumd the building. Thant beimg said, the room waa clean, the syaff was nice. Just not worth the risk.
