This hotel is awful. We have a newborn and are traveling with pets so needed something pet friendly. Look elsewhere if thinking about booking. There's a homeless camp right next to the hotel, we had to park or u-haul near it and some homeless man immediately started circling it. Our neighbors were blasting music full blast all night long and kids playing outside our door at 4am. The front desk associate was rude when checking in when I asked where we could park the truck.

My first bad experience at this ESA I checked out today 3/15/21 at around 0900. Jesus from the front desk took my call. In fact I called at 8:45 to report a homeless man sitting on the sidewalk just outside my door, making me feel unsafe. A white mustang convertible just beyond my room had the windows popped out. Jesus said” I will be right there to take care of it.” I just packed my car& called Jesus to let him know I was checking out. Don’t stay here Both of the front desk clerks were rude and very unhelpful. I made the mistake of booking a smoking room, and when I asked if I switch rooms and i would pay the difference win charges, due to being allergic to cigarette smoke, I was rudely told “no, that’s not my problem to fix.” The only good thing about this place was the fact they gave my deposit back a day after I checked out. A deposit that’s not stated anywhere on there website or in plain sight in the lobby.

It’s a no for me!!! This hotel should be closed. The employees are afraid if covid that they offend you as if you have it and they don’t ... lol the tv didn’t work.. shower didn’t turn on. They put me in a smoked out room wit my son after I booked non smoking.. the stove top didn’t work... this is a TRAP...

Unhappy , My boyfriend and I went to visit family as we are from Fresno and the front desk ask us for a deposit, but since we were tired we just wanted to rest and sleep, then our of no where we here are this yelling, loud music and motorcycles in the parking lot , well needless to say these people were partying outside in the parking lot non stop until it was time to check out!! nightmare wel a lot of problems out side the night of 2/5/21 people fighting lot noise and no body did anything. no security around It was no good the drawer broken and looks the shower curtain was removed but holes still there.
