The fire alarm works Found out the fire alarm system functions at this hotel the fun way: being woken up at 3:45 AM. The location of this hotel is not in a good part of town, sandwiched as it is between the freeway and a railroad. This resulted in my first night at the hotel being capstoned by a pulled fire alarm, and an end to a good night's sleep. The room itself was in serviceable condition. No amenities to speak of given that this is an Extended Stay America.

I stay here often, the rooms are clean and comfortable and for an affordable rate. Only complaint I would give, is the customer service I received from the front desk. Abel was his name I believe. I've checked in with other employees before and they're welcoming, but when he is there I don't even want to check in. He is unfriendly and very unwelcoming. I'm not sure if I would return after this last stay. I've always left positive reviews for this hotel but the customer service ruins it for me.

What out not to make them mad. They will lie and say u trashed the room so u can't stay at any Extended Stay hotel anymore.

Argumentive front desk clerk. The room was good, no complaints there, however as a buisness owner myself i would be ashamed of the lack of respect, DOWN RIGHT BAD ATTITUDE the front desk clerk brianna has for patrons. My wife is an operation iraqi freedom veteran as a result she travels with her service/esa animal upon check in I was asked for proof of dogs service registration (which by ADA is a no no) upon providing dogs federal service animal registration the clerk proceeded to not only argue that it wasnt sufficient but ... read more
