Awful and disgusted First of all, the front desk woman was rude and lied to my face when she said I had booked a "smoking room" even after I showed her my email which plainly had "non-smoking" she then stated "that is what came in on our end so that is what I have. We are all sold out" which i did not believe for one second since she already had lied to my face about me booking a smoking room.
Hotel refused to alow me to stay saying i didn't have valid id even though i presented documentation from DMV
The room was dirty found a condom used when i told the fromt desk they said they clean all they rooms lol
Very noisy very smelly The room had a very foul odor that never went away. I really don't think the hotel was constructed to withstand the constant vibration and shaking from the very large railyard right next door. It was like an earthquake. The noise level was unbelievable. But the worst part was the rowdy guests who made even more noise and smoked constantly right in front of the rooms. This hotel is way overpriced for what it is...absolutely dreadful
The place and area itself is super sketchy drug addicts wandering around the property all night and sleeping
Bad odor The room had a foul odor during my two day stay. It appeared clean but smelled bad.
