Roaches in the room and no ice vending. Room was not very clean
Disappointing A lot of road noise. Bugs in the room. Few amenities.
We normally use Extended Stay's for our travel and usually have good to great experiences. This was a sad exception. We arrived at 6PM to find a handwritten note on the door stating "Back in 15minutes". Ok, situations occur but no time due back was left. 2 other guests were equally as frustrated with this. Then approximately 6:45 the desk clerk showed back up and had a terrible attitude about it.; "you didn't wait that long and no one else was here" was the story we got. NO no no One of my employees stood here for a week and wind up leaving in a day I wrote to the otel direct and never answered me. Bad things noise satin on bed dirty bathrrom.
Be aware of no security in place at this location! The main discouraging event that now will prevent me from staying at this hotel is the fact that my car got broken into. I had arrived at around 2am just to sleep for 6 to 7 hours on Sunday night Nov 10th. I left my car parked in a very visible area and I was very disappointed that despite the fact that I had no electronics nor expensive stuff left in it, thieves got away with stealing one small suitcase with my son's dummies: slappy, mccarthy, and patrick puppet. I didn't like anything as my pregnant daughter, myself and teenage daughter had to sleep in a room that smelled like smoke after being charged a 25.00 early checkin fee from wanting to checkin 45 early as we traveled from out of town for a the body Viewing of my Father and Funeral the next day. They staff was not pleasant after we advised in a nice manner we were unhappy within 5 minutes of checking into room.
