very disappointment with online booking and hotel I think I was charged twice. I was forced to a smoking room because the hotel was over booked. The room was disgusting, there was urine on the back of the bathroom door. When I booked additional nights, I would have picked another place but we were already there and it was the easier thing to do, they didn’t find my reservation. I got reimbursed money for the front desk over charging me, and I don’t know if she even did that right because I didn’t get any alerts about a refun... read more
