Convenient Hotel is convenient to the highway. Rates are good and I do like the kitchenette. However the room had several minor maintenance issues that should’ve been addressed before they rented the room out to someone.

Update your furniture The furniture in the room is dated and some pieces are broken. Wood panel floor has parts where the panel is either cut out or broken. Dangerous. Dresser drawers broken to the point they fall out of the dresser.
No hair dryer. Found old shampoo bottles UNDER the floor that was curled up in the shower. Room smelled of smoke.

It was dirty and noisy

Where is my money you stole! Furniture in room was aged and some broken. There’s a big issue that was on my mind . Having your computer service charge me 3 times my room charge plus my $100 dep. This is not the first time this is happened and it leaves my account drained I don’t get back into my account for at least five days. I’m wondering if I should report to the police for theft every time you guys do it to me. Somebody better look into it.
