great customer service. we were not able to see other parts of facility due to Covid
Hard to find, but a good place to stay. Check in was very business-like. This is clearly a chain, so there is no personalization at all. That being said, the check-in agent was very professional and, even with COVID restrictions, it was smooth. The room was clean, but spartan. VERY BIG NOTE: This is VERY HARD TO LOCATE!! Use Google Maps (not Mapquest) to find it. It's behind Camelot...not at all visible from California Ave..

I was able to check in even after I thought I was not going to make my trip. It was super early in the am and someone was there to accommodate me.
My Home Away From Home Clean rooms which is VERY important during the pandemic!
