Beds were rather firm in my opinion. Shower faucet was very flimsy and felt like it would break at any moment when turning on the water and adjusting the temperature. Hotel front desk staff at check in was not very welcoming.

Very clean and friendly staff.
Appreciated the management for allowing us to check in with 2 dogs, even tho I had called prior to my visit to request a 1st floor room due to the additional luggage. Unfortunatley they only had rooms on the 4th floor, but was a great room and easy to get to from the elevators. Would like to of had a better personality in the evening check in counter, as the girl was not very friendly and was missing a personality. The next morning lady was wonderful.
