Good service The first night we stayed the air conditioner wasn't working. The next morning I asked if it could be fixed or could we be moved to another room. We went out for the day and when we came in the air conditioner had been completely switched out. It was clean and cool. The room was nice and we were well pleased.
like home Always stay here on my visit fron Tennessee. Always a sure thing.
Family Visit We enjoyed the extra room,and having a little kitchen to prepare meals and snacks. Very cozy. Plan to stay here again next trip.

Good for a short stay This hotel worked on a busy holiday weekend. Place was quiet didn't have any unusual problems. Front desk staff could use some work in overall appearance, in my opinion I don't think jeans fit that role very well. They were however friendly and responsive to travelers. I the end worked well for business travel on a short stay.

First timer Well, to start off I would like to applaud the hotel. As a first timer in Maryland I have to say I was uneasy going in and left well rested and pleased with my stay. I had drove 8 hours to get to my destination, upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly and warm smile from young lady at the front desk. My room was clean and nice. I have decided I will stay here from now on everytime I come into to town. My only grump would be I wish they had a bigger breakfast spread.

Different Hotel Stay This was my first stay at an "Extended Stay America Hotel" I stayed over a 4 day period and the Price was great. However, Extended Stay America is a different Hotel Experience then I am use to. I did not realize that the Maids only cleaned the room once a week. If you wanted to get the room cleaned more frequently, there is a charge. In order to get clean Face Clothes and Towels, I had to bring the soiled ones to the Front Desk.
