My stay was ok. Just overnight before flying out of BWI. Reasonable price. Hotel was a little shabby and run down but adequate. A bit noisy as well.

Great location and the facilities were good. But the room smelled a bit "used".....and my door was open upon check in like someone had JUST left the room. And that was after 6pm.

would not choose this hotel again, although it solved a problem, I needed a place to stay with the dog. But it is generally old and smelly

7-13-18 thru 7-20-18 Big-ups to Victor the maintenance person. On our 1st day, the toilet handle broke and within less than 1/2 hr of reporting it to the office, he was there and it took him less than 5 min to repair it.. Such a nice guy!

Hotel was great however I ubered to the wrong location 1500 aero drive 3 blocks away another extended stay america after minor outpatient surgery and although i looked worn and felt dizzy with a huge band aid on my head the clerk older man simply told me to walk the 3 block in the heat showed no compassion and was inhumane toward me offerded no assistance. The hotel on 939 intntl pkway was very nice kind helpful clerk and took notice of my condition and assisted quickly.

The toilet had no pressure to flush properly. The staff at late check in was excellent.
