too high priced. its a long term stay hotel. Its perfect for that purpose because well equipted but not for a traveler. People doing laundry, walking on their slippers and pj. Soda machine out of stock due to so many people.
Food n sports bar accross street walking distance The only part of inconvenience is if you need any kitchen stuff you must get from front desk. Also breakfest is oatmeal n coffee or a morning cereal bar.

the first person I dealt with was very good at her job and came thru when my room had not been clean. later on in the night found out that the one room I was in had bed bugs. the night guy was very rude and not helpful. after two hours of going back and front and talk to many people I had to call on my own cause he would not give me management number. Shortened Stay The room was clean and comfortable, and staff members were friendly, courteous and helpful. We cancelled our 2nd night's reservation because of an influx of bugs in the room that apparently were coming from outside. However, the desk clerk was very kind in accepting my cancellation, and gave me helpful information about how to go about getting my refund. If they solve the bug problem (which the clerk admitted had been a problem) I would stay there again.
Solid value, that needs repairs and updates Front desk staff was excellent and caring. Broken soft drink vending machine. Shower did not work first night as button on it that had to be depressed was stuck. Phone cord fell out of the wall plug, meaning no wake up call. (Used cell phone). Pillows more than a little flat, and cases showed signs of no longer really being white.
