Decent trip. Too much noise in the overnight hours. Bed was a little too hard. Overall not too bad. 2.5 stars
Extended Stay America Baltimore/Glen Burnie Review Overall, it worked well for what I needed. However, I did not think the room was very clean overall. Since it is an extended stay there were people who seemed to use it as a place to live vs. a place to stay. TV in other room was distracting when trying to go to sleep but otherwise noise was minimal. Staff were pleasant enough. The hotel is in walking distance of a bar/restaurant and Wal-mart. Close to store's The room smelled bad and the bathroom really smelled like cigar.
Much deserved peace and quiet and Nice location, clean and quiet room. Looking forward to my next stay

too high priced. its a long term stay hotel. Its perfect for that purpose because well equipted but not for a traveler. People doing laundry, walking on their slippers and pj. Soda machine out of stock due to so many people.
Food n sports bar accross street walking distance The only part of inconvenience is if you need any kitchen stuff you must get from front desk. Also breakfest is oatmeal n coffee or a morning cereal bar.

the first person I dealt with was very good at her job and came thru when my room had not been clean. later on in the night found out that the one room I was in had bed bugs. the night guy was very rude and not helpful. after two hours of going back and front and talk to many people I had to call on my own cause he would not give me management number. I got a new room with out bugs. the next person I talk to in the morning was very nice and helpful. if it wasn't for the one guy and that fact that half of the room haven't bee... read more

Shortened Stay The room was clean and comfortable, and staff members were friendly, courteous and helpful. We cancelled our 2nd night's reservation because of an influx of bugs in the room that apparently were coming from outside. However, the desk clerk was very kind in accepting my cancellation, and gave me helpful information about how to go about getting my refund. If they solve the bug problem (which the clerk admitted had been a problem) I would stay there again.
