It would be nice for breakfast to be served earlier as I had to leave early to make it to the start of a 10K race.

Good - but not my favorite place. I liked this hotel -- but did not love it. My room was comfortable enough, and spacious. But I wouldn't say that the area itself was quiet. Some of our neighbors insisted on honking their horn in the parking lot -- I suppose to have friends or relatives come out to the car -- maybe 11 or later at night. As I mentioned on my check-in report, the refrigerator in my kitchenette area had not been cleaned out of the last occupant's leftover food.
