MY STAY WAS NOT SO GOOD. THE BUTNER IN THE INITIAL ROOM WAS NOT FUNCTIONAL. OUR ROOM WAS LATER CHANGED TO ANOTHER. THE WIFI WAS ALSO FLUCTUATING. THEY HAD FEWER STAFF AND THERE WERE NO CLEAR INFORMATION OF THE AVAILABLE FACILITIES IN THE HOTEL.

Room fine, front desk slow and noisy When we arrived there was a sign at the front desk saying the clerk was out helping a customer. Never in 40+ years have I seen that. At the end if a long day, we just wanted our room, instead we sat in a lobby. We requested a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of smoke, requested a new room and got it immediately. Love it there always a great stay. In this case hotels.com booked us there in a room that wasn't available. The lady at the front desk went above and beyond because all hotels.com did was put us on hold. She got us in a room but you couldn't lock the door or use the key to open it. With that being said we stayed and no one bothered our room.
