When we asked the feont desk, they told us that there were no extra pillows available. When accessing the lobby, both handicapped automatic door open buttons did not work.

The room was fresh and clean, however I feel the halfway carpets need cleaning. The hotel was quiet
The room was clean, the staff were so professional and warm welcoming. I spoke to about 3 different staff members on different occasions and they all were very helpful and polite. I need a can opener and they had brand new ones not an old one that looked used

In town for lacrosse event. Would not utilize hotel again

We have stayed at the Timonium Extended Stay several times when we come for the Indoor Flat track races. The checkin was fine. We had a room on the first floor so that we could take our dogs outside easier. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the sewer line and we obviously did not know. We tried to plunge the line ourselves to no avail. We then went to the front desk and the maintenance guy came with a snake but again, couldn't open the line.
