Staff was very supportive and helpful. Called and checked how our experience was going.
Lisa, Alex, and June, are always very helpful in trying to accommodate specific needs. I hoped for a 2nd or 3rd floor room in the rear of building, due to my being a light sleeper. They most often are able to provide that. Always courteous and attentive.
The very limited breakfast ends at 9:30am, including coffee which a hotel would have available all day for guests.

The shower was nice. That's all i can say about the nonsmoking room that smellled of smoke and had burn markings everywhere. The bed was not comfortable, lumpy. The room was not clean. The hotel When you enter you have to walk buy a guest in a lawn chair smoking a blunt directly infront of the no smoking within 100 feet sign, watching her "stories". She was super nice though.
