Was placed in a room with nonfunctional toilet. Front desk lady made accommodation to move us. The next room smelled. There were guests in the hotel that live there for weeks at a time. One guest was drunk and high on crack. It was a little scary and concerning. We stayed 1 night & was confined to our smelly room. Only got a 5% discount for our disappointing stay. We won’t be back.

The rooms were spacious, more than I expected. it would be perfect for those staying on business. The free breakfast left more to be desired though.

I had to stand outside for 10 minutes before I was buzzed in by staff. Then I had to give all my information even though I booked online in advance. It was time consuming for no reason

Tosha & Ron helped me out a lot. Everything was amazing.
Staff was very courteous and friendly. Check in took a little longer than normal due to signing an extra policy regarding non-smoking. The non-smoking policy was interesting because I could smell smoke throughout the second floor hall and in spots in our room. Overall the hotel was clean and very enjoyable to stay in. We assumed that the second floor used to be a smoking floor and the smell has just lingered.

Dont stay past 2 days Bed was hard, pillows were flat. You have pay for pots, pans, plates, extra towels and anything else you need. If you are looking for a one to two night stay, its good to go. But any longer, you will experience back problems. The front staff was pleasant. The breakfast is a job. The muffins were stale and the coffee was old.
