Not Bad but Certainly Not the Best The room was a bit dirty. Several unwashed cups from a previous guest were still in the room. Refrigerator door handle was dirty.

Comfortable for the price Stayed during a convention. Room was clean and comfortable. Access to stores and restaurants close by.

No wi-fi Nice staff, but wi-fi wasn't working. Also, the toilet seat clogged too easily, forcing us to rough it up (if you know what I mean). Vending machine was protected by a door, which you could open with your room key only. I learned that the hard way. Room had a mini kitchen, which is good if you plan to stay one week or more, which was not our case. "Continental" breakfast consisted of coffee, muffin and cereal bars. And that was it. ok hotel Unfortunate incident between my son and one staff who started an argument and bad attitude. The staff reported her part of the story to management and they kick out my son from the hotel without asking him his part of the story. I'm not excusing my son for his inappropriate behavior, I'm just saying there are two parts of the story and both were not acceptable.

Overall good Everyone was friendly except male clerk on night shift. He was rude and slammed our credit card down and wouldn't give us but a 5% discount when another extended stay gave us 20%. We r senior citizens. Non smokers. No pets and belong to AARP and AOPA. Other than that it was good. The other clerks were really friendly. We never did get any clean sheets and sometimes no washcloths etc because none washed. We didn't have maid service. Just ask for the towels are self. Our reservations was booked thru Hotel.com which offered late check-out. We checked in on Friday.11/11 Saturday evening prior to leaving for an event we spoke to the gentlemen at the front desk to confirm late checkout and what time would it be. He stated he will document it in each of our rooms. He did state that late checkout is for 12pm and he couldn't guarantee anything after that. At 11:10 am, there was a loud bang on the door. Called to the front desk to confirm when check out was and to find out what the current time was (both clocks in the room had different times on them) - questions were answered in a very unprofessional way.
