ok hotel Unfortunate incident between my son and one staff who started an argument and bad attitude. The staff reported her part of the story to management and they kick out my son from the hotel without asking him his part of the story. I'm not excusing my son for his inappropriate behavior, I'm just saying there are two parts of the story and both were not acceptable.

Overall good Everyone was friendly except male clerk on night shift. He was rude and slammed our credit card down and wouldn't give us but a 5% discount when another extended stay gave us 20%. We r senior citizens. Non smokers. No pets and belong to AARP and AOPA. Other than that it was good. The other clerks were really friendly. We never did get any clean sheets and sometimes no washcloths etc because none washed. We didn't have maid service. Just ask for the towels are self. Extended Stay Timonium The room was clean and comfortable. Amenities are pretty basic. The price was right.
