I thought there was breakfast when i booked. There were a couplelights out and no towels in the room. Also, it would have bern nice if GSR would have explained no breakfast at check in and that I needed to turn on ice maker because therevare not ice machines.

Check in was ridiculous. Said they only have one key, no information about another niggt stay or amenities. Did not have answers to any questions that should have been standard information automatically given

I really like that this hotel is pet friendly, even though I didn't bring a pet. No breakfast. Come on! There are ways to prepare this during Covid. It is advertised that you offer it, so if you aren't going to offer it, then make a modification in your advertising. That is one of the main things I look for in booking a hotel. That is one of the reasons I gave a mediocre rating. And our bathtub was quite dirty when we checked in.

We had reservations through . They didn't have them when we tried to check in. Then we could not get room size that we reserved because the hotel did not provide 2 queen beds. Which we understood. Went to room no toilet paper. The kitchen area looked disgusting. Tried to call desk it was busy. So after a while i went to desk and asked for toilet paper. Told desk clerk the room was not looking to good. So she changed room. Went new room it looked better, but ice maker didn't work in refrigerator. Hotel doesn't have an ice mak... read more

Adequate stay at good prices! Could use some tlc but understandable with the past 18+ months & difficulty finding help. It was adequate, comfortable, clean enough (I was prepared after resuming previous reviews) and the price was great! (Other hotel in town was over twice as expensive but had the same rating!)
