Decent Stay The bed looked like somebody slept on top of the sheets. The comforter was all messed up. There was hair in the bathtub still. Took longer than 15 minutes for the air to adjust to the temperature I set it at.
Room were good but needs updating staff was friendly but good , be cleaner the hallways smell of dirty diaper poop or just poop trash not pick up and for the price the Guest were somewhat sketchy I would not stay there again
Would stay again Everything was very clean and in good condition. Check in was very fast with friendly service. AC works great, bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spotless with everything i needed.
The King suite was generously large! Most things were in working order (just one lightbulb not working). Would've liked to have known (when we checked in) the housekeeping routine (no trash emptied or fresh towels except once a week), even though we planned to stay just 3 nights (which we did). Disappointed that the exercise room wasn't available. The staff was very nice though and did try to help when asked a question.
good stay Staff was excellent!! Room toiletries were either partially used or totally empty so that’s no good; there was trash in the bathroom can. The rest of the room was very nice!

Service was great! Rooms very clean, bed very clean and comfortable..staied in 2 different rooms and each room was very clean. Really enjoyed my stay. Overnight staff is great! Lost one star for a few things 1st my first room on the 1st floor it was very hard to get into the room especially with a baby in hand. Also on the first floor you can hear your upstairs neighbors walking and speaking.
