The front desk clerk was so efficient and accomodating when Expdia overbooked. She found us enough rooms to take care of us. The rooms werw big and the new beda were grwat for a good night stay. Will us again. Thanks for the stay
An “okay” stay Arrived at 7pm to an empty front desk. Used the provided phone, dialed 0 three times, 20 minutes before someone showed. TV didn’t work, no cable box. Called to ask for help, no maintenance came. Called back again an hour later to “cancel” as it was late. Room was clean and staff was friendly and apologetic.

WRVKT In October 2020 -Check-in was so-so, front desk staff were not friendly and accommodating -No towels in room -Still no towels after returning from football game -Coffee pouches not refilled -TV and remote were intermittently not working -Approved for 1 hour late check-out but I was still interrupted AND almost walked in on on morning of check-out -At least the bed was most comfortable

Problems. When we got there they were having computer problems so took awhile to check in. When we got to our room there was a broken chair laying on the floor, the tv wouldn't work. The maintenance man came right away and did work hard to get it fixed but took over an hour to get it hooked up right. I also got double charged for this room and still trying to get that straightened out. We will not stay again!

Out of coffee, tv remote did not work, staff could not controll barking and howling dog, dont stay unless u have a animal, nice place except for few things

The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. The hallway seemed outdated and was a non smoking hotel but weed was smelled in hallways and stairs.
