We checked on at 9:30 p.m. the window in the room was wide open so very cold. Took a few hours to warm up. Once the window was closed the smell of cigarette filled the room. Nasty. When i told the lady as i was checking bnb out, all she said was sorry

I came up to work and have Christmas with my kids. For a hotel it was quiet during the day because thats when i sleep with working nights. The staff was accommodating as needed but i never need much. Nice experience!!!
