The only issue we had was no water pressure. A 15 minute shower took and hour. To get shampoo washed out of your hair

Room has lots of space but to much work to get plates for kitchen

Check in guy was really indifferent, total lack of personality. Room was clean for the most part, top of desktop was pretty dusty. I guess ignorance on my part in not knowing no housekeeping of room unless you are there longer than 7 days. I did like the full sized fridge. Nice, big TV. Had a storm in the wee hours of the morning and we lost power. Nothing was ever explained or told to us regarding the outage. On a side note, we were on the 4th floor. Overall good experience does not have a pool so won’t be staying here with my kids anymore
