Manager is kinda rude, our AC was blowing heat and AC didn’t work! Our door wouldn’t latch when we shut it, staff untried coming in our room a couple times but we had it locked from inside

Staff was very courteous.
Friendly staff and clean comfortable room. I was disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub and the bath is small to soak in. I wanted tonrelax after a long flight.
