The hotel is undergoing renovations, so there was a lot of noise. The room was very dingy looking and furniture was out outdated. However Audrey was a sweetheart, she went out of her way to accommodate me and my mom (who is disabled). They have a great staff working there but the rooms are definitely in need of a upgrade. I would suggest staying there after the renovations are completed.
I stay here every time I am in Alabama. I like the fact that I can prepare my own meals and do not have to purchase fast food for the entire stay. The kitchenette is a plus.

Close to town and shooping Felt as though safety/security may be at risk. Never saw security presence.
Staff very nice, clean, great place for the night.
