studio plus!! When I first arrived it took the desk clerk about 10mins to come down and give me the key to the room. All carpets were digusting!! The phone in my room didn't work or the lamps. All I can say is u get what you pay for. The money I save wasn't worth the stay.
B'ham ... ok Nothing much to say. Hotel in minimum in appearance and attractiveness. Would be good place for men to stay for extended periods. Women would not like at all.
A PICTURE IS NOT WORTH ANYTHING !!! When looking to reserve a room we allways look at pictures. Well that was of no service this time. We arrived late and tired. cheked in and ask for a wake-up call. will not book again. I booked this room for an employee traveling for work and will not book again. We normally purchase rooms at quality inns and similar and this does not even come close.
Outdated and Needs a Good Cleaning The location of the hotel is great! It is close to several malls/shopping centers and Walmart! However, the hotel itself is in desperate need of updates and a deep cleaning. The floor inside my room was dirty and had lots of stains, as well as, the sofa and the mattress (on top and underneath). I would recommend paying a few extra dollars and staying in a hotel that is well kept.

Smelled awful This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. If I hadn't paid through hotels.com I would have asked for my money back and gone elsewhere. The entire hotel had an awful smell that I still can't distinguish. It's not worth it to save the extra $20.
