The stay was pleasant. Mandy was and is a gem. She dealt with our problem in a timely and very fair manner.

Look closely First room bathroom was leaking so I was moved from 210 to room 308. Immediately I notice Toothpaste stains on sink, soap stains in tub, empty tissue box on counter. I checked bathroom first since it was first issue. Floor hadn't been vacuumed. When I moved from a regular room to suite flat-screen TV was smaller with a bigger view vs small room with big flat-screen TV. Dust on night stands curtain rod an curtain was broken an I found a cell phone under let out couch that been there god knows how long. I put it o... read more

Did not end up staying there. The room light wouldn't turn on, the bed was not made & it smelled like cigarette smoke. Stayed at a Courtyard Marriott instead

Cockroaches & broken cardkey locks My first night I was greeted by the biggest roach I'd ever seen in the bathroom of my room. The refrigerator was loud and woke me up several times a night. Plus, the entrance door cardkey lock was broken. I had to use the outside phone and was instructed to walk to the end of the building and use that entrance.

Don't waste your $$$$ I waited 10 minutes in lobby to check in because they had a sign on the door saying they were busy assisting another guest, but they were actually in another room talking. The room was dated and in serious need of a carpet cleaning, wall scrubbing, and furniture replacement. The sleeper sofa was horribly stained to the point we wouldn't use it. The kitchen area had food crumbs in the drawers. The room door had a quarter inch opening around it. The side entrance door was not secure and anyone could walk ... read more
