Not good for families The guy working night check in was wonderful and super helpful. However, whoever was working the morning shift kept calling us (3 times) after 10am to make sure we knew checkout was 11. She also came to our door and knocked to tell us! We had a newborn sleeping and wanted to wait until exactly 11am to leave so we didn’t have to wake her up, but having someone calling the room phone and knocking loudly every 15 mins woke her up anyway.
