There was a mixup and we were Booked for a dirty room. The front desk staff was very helpful and quickly got us into another room that was available.

Front desk woman was very helpful about changing me to a ground floor room (the elevator was being fixed) I have a bad leg & can't climb stairs.

I flew in from Seattle and was at the hotel about 1pm. everything was great except i needed to check in early and wasnt allowed to except for 15 minutes before 3pm check in. I needed to attend a wedding at 4pm which was 30 minutes away I ended up being late for wedding. I was at this hotel for 15 hours not even a full day. Also while I was waiting to check in I needed to use the restroom and they said none were available except for employees. I had to drive elsewhere. My only complaint was housekeeping knocking on the door at 10:00 the day we checked out to see if we were ready to leave so she could clean the room. When I questioned the check out time of 11:00 and we were still packing she said she could come back.

Will NOT stay again The property and rooms are decent enough, HOWEVER, staying here is like staying "on the other side of the tracks". Our first impression was of a bunch of gang-looking guys smoking at the picnic benches and it went downhill from there. We made sure to park our car in the well lit, well populated front lot rather than closer to our room, BUT I have to say the most telling aspect of the usual residents was a form I needed to initial at registration.
