The stay was great and wish I could stay there the rest of this horrible life situation that has happened to me, the Assign General Manager was very cold and rude, on the other hand the General Manager was great, a little misunderstanding but he was great. The front desk agent Sara was great as well I have work in hotels for 20 years and she was so understanding and helpful she should be rewarded for that. I hope to see this staff soon.

Our room was great. It could’ve been better with the adding of small shampoo/conditioner for those who forgot theirs. Also breakfast was a bit of a joke. Muffins that were tiny(snack size), granola bars and coffee/hot cocoa.
