Nice hotel The staff were very nice except for one desk clerk. Rooms were nice size and clean but would like cleaning crew to come more then once a week. Bed not very comfortable and the pillows were very flat and not enough. We only slept there for the two weeks. The ac was very comforting as it was very hot while we were there. All in all I would stay there again but would buy my own pillows again. Thanks for a nice stay, Debbie Randall

Nice location for house hunting in Boise Nice location for getting to downtown Boise. Staff was friendly and the facility was clean and comfortable.

When I arrived on Aug. 18 they said I did not have a reservation and that they had no rooms. I showed them my printed room reservation fom Orbitz. They said, " that is an Orbitz confirmation and not from them". They would not honor it. Does Orbitz have an Agreement with Extended Stay America, particularly the one in Boise, Idaho??? Finally they did rent me a room but made me pay for it again. I am not happy with Orbitz. The room was OK.

It was very clean and comfortable. And we were about to take our puppy. Local area was very pet friendly.
