Close to the Airport Room was ok, nothing great. Very disappointed there was no coffee maker in the room & when I went to the lobby there was nobody at the front desk & no coffee made. I chose this hotel to stay at because it was close to the airport & I had an early flight out & had I known there would not be a drop of coffee in the entire place I would have not stayed! I was not able to check out & get a receipt because nobody was on duty at the front desk.

business experience good Hotel was comfortable and quiet. Got business done and used the internet WIFI that was good for what I needed. Like the kitchen even without the kitchen supplies as I only stayed two nights, didn't ask, didn't care. Bought too much food and had to toss some good stuff out as there was nowhere to pass it on! Maybe need a place to pass it on to others?

Bad Service Housekeeping did not clean the garbage from previous occupants. I called the front desk. Lady was not helpful. She had me clean the garbage and did not even get a thank you.

Thin walls & bad trailer parking Got some attitude from the front desk clerk in the evening about parking. We were pulling a trailer with a 16 ft raft & the parking lot wasn't big. Ended up popping a hole in the raft trying to get it parked. Walls are very thin. We got woken up at 3:00 am to a fight that was happening above us. Fight included lots of yelling & slamming doors. Decent comfort for the price.

Good location between airport and downtown. It is an older building but the staff is very nice and the dated room is nice and clean. If you are just looking for a place to stay, without lots of frills, at a fair price, this is it.

Wonderful place to stay Rooms were clean quite and comfortable and having a kitchenette was a plus. They have all the utensils and dishes and pots and pans you might need to cook. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely stay there again my next trip to Boise.
