The IMPOSSIBLE Booking was simple with the app, however trying to Talk to a human is virtually impossible, especially considering I really needed to speak with customer service.
Good costumer service. Clean room. Fast check in and out.

The room included a kitchen fridge all the things that you need to make a kitchen function and work as it's supposed to was not there. So what we had was a kitchen without the utensils and appliances to make it function so it was a waste of space and useless without the tools to use in the kitchen.

The area was perfect near malls movie theater and many restaurants. Clean area and polite staff.

Great Hotel The staff here is great. The rooms are awesome, and the location is near the mall. Overall it's the best hotel in boston hands down.
