Mixes review While cleanliness/comfort were excellent (which is most important), there was only a small bar of soap, not even a plastic cup in the bathroom...AND...the towels were rough.

o Overpriced for the location. Not very quiet at night. No dishes in room and no offer from desk clerk to provide.

Everything just seemed half done here... Everything just seemed half done here. Our room was half clean, my wife found hair in multiple towels and we didn't have any pillowcases on our pillows. (so we had to get pillow cases from the front desk) We arrived at 4:30 AM after a 13 hour drive and it this hotel would have been great if we could have just checked in and got to sleep right away in a clean room. It was not a horrible stay, but definitely not a comfortable one either.

Stayed for business I probably won't stay here again unless it's a last resort. Every other hotel was booked for the night. The shower wall vibrated whenever I would run the water, the drain in the sink was locked shut and their was no TV guide around so I didn't know what channels were available nor what channel I was watching. Not that big of a deal but it's the basics!

Clean room. Missed the little extras. Shampoo, etc Price was good Close to stores Staff was helpful Would stay again

Strange that mattresses do not have pads on them? The hot water could be adjusted back at water heaters to save energy and money could almost be scald issue. Good service.

It's fine Check in and out took forever. I have no idea what they were doing on the computer but there was a lot of standing around waiting for the guy to finish typing. Then he "went off to see if the room was ready" (we were there early so that's not too surprising) and the room was so off we went. We got to the room, opened the door and was hit with a big whiff of cigarette smoke! In a non-smoking room. Good Value for the Money Extended Stay America in Marlboro, MA was a good value for my money. Especially useful was the full refrigerator/freezer to stock with sodas, salad, and leftover food. The room was clean and comfortable. I asked for a quiet one and was given at the end of the hall away from the elevators. It is near a major chain grocery store and a variety of restaurants. I would stay here or at an ESA hotel again in the future.
