We had two rooms. One of the rooms had to be switched because it smelled like someone had smoked. Staff changed us without an issue. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

I really like that Studio type rooms are available, however the room was humid with no ventilation.

Great place to stay at a affordable price. We visited Mass to spend time in Salem for my daughters 17th birthday. The hotel was very close to Salem. The hotel was very clean, location was great. The only problem we had was we were not able to connect with WIFI but that was ok because we were able to spent time as a family and not be on our phones constantly. If you like Chipotle,

No real gym or breakfast

Staff was great I really hope the hotel sees this. It was a little confusing to get to. I get there the lobby is clean and it smells nice. We were greated by Sabrina. We asked if we could get an early check in. She said "we are really busy with late check outs but I will check". She had a room for us. It was nice and clean. Later we saw her again cleaning the rooms. We asked her why was she cleaning? Her response was the staff didn't do such a good job so she was recleaning.
