Great place to sleep I liked this hotel. I had tons of space in my room. There were a few bummers. No shampoo. I had to ask for it and they did give it to me, but I think they prefer you buy it from the vending machine :( Juice machine was broken. Also, why close the exercise room at 10 if it is key-card access anyway? Why not make it 24 hours?
Very Close to Salem - Service Excellent Tansy was front desk clerk for my arrival and departure. The woman was warm, polite, knowledgeable and made my stay very enjoyable. Was upset when I arrived and she put me at ease and was extremely helpful! She is an asset to your hotel! Close to Salem and not too far from Boston
Great budget stay Excellent value in this slightly worn extended stay hotel in Peabody. I had business in Salem but wasn't willing to pay the high rates there for a last minute booking; this hotel was a 20 minute drive from downtown Salem. The hotel was very hard to find at first, but once I found it, it was easy enough to get in and out. The room is a little small, but nice and clean Nice and clean room, but a little small. Nice and functional kitchen. Good for extended stay on a budget.
Noisy Stayed 2 nights during the week because of a home town power outage. The first night was fine the second night there was a party going on from 2am until 4am. with excess noise and pulling of fire alarm. Management did nothing about it. They also allow large dogs in the rooms that bark at night.
Basic overnight stay. New owners trying to bring back the quality of the hotel. Needs work, but they are trying. Average value nothing special. Out of the way but near business district.
