Homestead Boston, Peabody, Ma. In general the Hotel was satisfactory. the room was clean and quiet, but the halls were littered with sugar packets, and plastic eating utinsels. The rear entrance steps had what appeared goldfish crackers crushed on them. The pool area was dirty, and cluttered, and the pool itself had not been cleaned.

It was OK after all I was nervous after reading some reviews. My room was perfect although staff admitted hotel is being renovated so I guess you may get a new or old room!

room was nice hotel was nice, room was clean, was closed to Salem and Boston. i had to pay fee for internet and breakfast was only from M to Fr so if u stay during the weekend dont count on it

Happy Had a very pleasant stay. The hotel has very nice location. The room is clean, functional and spacious. Fresh air. Even more the staff; Genuine, true People. the hotel manager [...] and the others.Thank you.

Nice hotel and staff but maintenance? Pluses: The front desk employee was: polite, efficient, and nice. The room was clean. Minuses: I stayed on the 2nd floor of the Peabody property with my 90 yr old father who is not very mobile. Had I been by myself I probably would have ignored these issues. However given my responsibilities to him I can't. Code Violation #1 In my room the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by it's wiring. I have no idea if it was functional. Homestead-Peabody- Not bad The hotel room was clean, the furniture is a bit dated but that didn't bother us. No extra pillows or blankets which we definitely missed. They offer continental breakfast M thru F but not on weekends. This was not clear to me when I booked, we really would have liked a small breakfast. Overall not a bad stay, but a little off the beaten path.

Nice The furniture could use some updating but overall the place was clean. The night manager was lovely and hospitable. She was very helpful and brought us to our room. We were in town for college visits for our daughter and this hotel was perfect for our needs. The night manager was so lovely you overlooked the small deficits. I have been in nicer hotels with a staff that could care less about the customer. We would stay again, if necessary.
