Not as bad as other reviews had said I found the hotels location hard to find. We had to stop and ask directions twice. I had booked two rooms together through Hotels.com. I asked for the rooms to be on the ground floor as I have a bad knee and am due to have surgery 10-27-11. Upon check in, we were told that we were on the 3rd floor. I explained my situation and was moved to the 1st floor, but unfortunately, my son was unable to get a room adjoining mine and had to stay on the 3rd floor. The rooms were nice and clean. Pleasant stay Nice room with lots of space. The pool was small but wonderfully relaxing. I would stay again.

Not bad My husband, I, daughter age 8 and son age 6 stayed here in Oct. 2011. The staff was wonderful!!! Very helpful and quick with answers and suggestions. That said the room was clean but in desperate need of a remodel! The bathroom was yet again clean but outdated and the cabinets were peeling, the sofa bed was worn and had seen better days and the TV was ancient with only Cartoon Network available for our childrens viewing (Family Guy was on a lot) definately not ideal!!! Nice Hotel The rooms were nice, and clean. The location is out of the way in an industrial park which makes it hard to find something to do if you are at the hotel hanging out waiting for someone, but other than that it was affordable and nice.

The Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. Does not have breakfast or maid service on the weekends as told to me by, Hotels.com also was told there were 2 queen bed, when there was 1 queen bed, and 1 queen size sofa bed.

Homestead Boston-Peabody If you can find it, this is a great place to stay. Clean, with small, fully-equipped kitchen area and pull-out couch. One of us was coming from the north and one from the south, and we were both pulling our hair out by the time we found the hotel. Still couldn't tell you exactly how to do it. Call the hotel for precise directions. Don't rely on the popular online maps/directions. It's in an industrial park area, so sort of nowhere. But again, a very good hotel for the money. Friendlest place on our vacation The Customer Service agent working when we arrived was extremely friendly and helpful with information about things to see and do. My only comment is that the furniture was worn and a couple of pieces should have been replaced, otherwise our room was large, roomy and comfortable.

Homestead peabody The room was clean, the staff was nice, the hotel itself was ok. We wanted a non smoking room but could smell smoke in the bathroom when I asked the front desk about this I was told that the second floor is for smoking and the vent system all runs together, so if you want a non smoking room you might want to stay somewhere else.
