No clean towels when we got back around 8pm. Not a bad place though. I like you can open windows. But I recommend an upper level, massive noise from up above.

They have switched policies over the years. Now instead of having dishes, silverware, etc in the room when you check in you have to request these items. I arrived at 7p.m. and didn't have so much as a cup in the room for over 24 hours. We've been staying here for over 15 years. Poor policy change. Overall; the room is comfortable and reasonably clean.
