Great staff! The front desk associate, Crystal, was very helpful during check in. There was a mixup with my reservation, but she made sure to help and guaranteed a smooth stay.!

I really like the kitchenette to prepare food especially being here for long periods of time. I was not at all impressed with the availability of the staff. Every single time I went to the front desk for assistance nobody was available. The room key card deactivated after midnight which was frustrating. My first 4 days I complained about the TV & Internet being intermittent but nothing was ever rectified. 3 days in a row I was told I'd receive a call regarding the Casting issue and I never did.
