They have switched policies over the years. Now instead of having dishes, silverware, etc in the room when you check in you have to request these items. I arrived at 7p.m. and didn't have so much as a cup in the room for over 24 hours. We've been staying here for over 15 years. Poor policy change. Overall; the room is comfortable and reasonably clean.

This hotel is best for a long time stay. Breakfast was minimal.

Trucker reset ... much needed My trucker had been on the truck for almost two months so it was time to get him a reset off the truck. I called the hotel before booking and spoke with Jeremy to inquire on parking a bobtail. I also needed to see if they could accomodate a early check in. Jeremy ensured me that there was enough parking and my trucker would have no issues parked. He also informed me the earliest he could possibly get us in was 1pm. You get what you pay for. Good location right off 495. Good for a one night stay. Room was okay as far as cleanliness goes. Sink in bathroom had a terrible stench. Free breakfast is grab and go with coffee and packaged muffins/bars. Staff was very friendly.
