Cute comfy clean rooms. The drawers in the kitchen were all broken, there was no phone in the room and the A.C. was broken so it was extremely hot all night

Extended Stay in Waltham, MA For under 100$ the single queen bed room was great value. Lots of space, 3 people could comdortably sleep. Full kitchen although without utnensils and cookware. Internet was slow had to pay $5 to upgrade it then was fine. Overall good hotel great choice for customers on the frugal side

when I arrived heater was on 90° so turned it off and had to call front desk to get someone to open window for me since I could not. then at night turned on heater on 70° and every 15 minutes made so much noice for about 5 to 10 minutes that woke me up all night long. also kitchen counter top and microwave were super dirty.

When I called the front desk mid-stay to extend my stay from Friday to Saturday, I was told by the woman on the phone / at the desk that I was all set. When I returned to the room Friday night, my key didn’t work, and I had to go to the desk to fix the problem, as the woman at the desk never extended my stay as she said she had.

Hotel was little worn out, but staff was great! That is really all I have to say, but they are making me add more text. Not cool to force someone to type more than they want to. It is hard enough to get someone to take the time to fill these out. Whoever designed this survey made horrible decisions! I would recommend the hotel, but not the survey designers!!!!!

Family trip to boston We chose this hotel for his breakfast included...it was inexistant...coffee and tender bars...i never saw that before ! At the first floor, dogs are yelling and crying all day but at the third floor we didnt listening ! It was very quiet and calm. We were near boaton and salem and that was cool. 30 minutes each !
