Terrible service, totally understaffed. I had to wait for an hour to get my room ready, and it could have been more if I hadn't asked since they forgot about me. Breakfast was terrible and cleaning service was running and screaming through the lobby making it hard to work or talk at the cafeteria

The queen size pull out bed had an old thin uncomfortable mattress.

In general good. But the from desk was not the best. I have to wait so long to get in even I had everything paid. the pool doesn't open at the time of the schedule. The check out also was a little disappointed The guy in the desk look at you and don't pay attention about you. I hope they improve the customer attention in order so everybody be happy.

Ok, I guess The room was quite comfortable and had a good night sleep. Although the bed and bathroom were clean, in the morning I found some pretzel leftover on the floor, probably from the people that stayed there before. There is a need of attention to detail. The free breakfast claim is a bit of a stretch, you'll get an apple and a small snack but that's about it.

Satisfied Repeat Customer I have stayed here several times and have always been happy with the accommodations. The rooms are spacious and include a complete kitchen, sitting area and good size closet. The hotel was very quiet, so I was able to get a good night's sleep (which I really needed). There is a complimentary grab and go breakfast bar, so you can get a cup of coffee and something to hold you over before you hit the road. Great place for business travelers Basically just needed a place to sleep for one night. Barely spent 8 hours in the room but was impressed with it. Really liked the big room and the big bath. Seemed like a great place for business travelers, although it was strange that there was safe in the room in which to lock up my laptop. Other small complaints were a lack of enough outlets by the bed, and a bathroom sink that drained slowly and backed up. But will probably stay there again in the future.
