Great staff I had some booking issues when I arrived (at no fault of the hotel) and the manager did a great job in helping me out of my situation and rebooking me with no extra costs.

Needs More Reception Staff and Better Housekeepers We decided to stay here, spur of the moment, not wanting to travel as it was getting late. There was barely any parking; the last row of spaces was taken up by contractors who were supposed to be working but were being rowdy and crude (yelling, swearing, spitting). I work in construction and live in the city (I get how it is); but in this situation I was happy I wasn't traveling alone because if I was I would have felt very uncomfortable. Great and comfortable place If was a great quick find for my wife and I. The front staff was really friendly and was quick to any request we made. Will go back if I need a place when I am in the area next time. Also - the pool was really clean.
