Hotel was so-so The hotel was adequate for our needs for a brief stay. The room was kind of small but quiet and the hotel is conveniently located to restaurants, major highways, etc. The kitchenette was not stocked with any plates, cups, pans, coffee makers, etc. and all of that had to be requested from the front desk. They brought the items quickly but it was a hassle to have to ask for everything. There was also no dishwashing soap or sponges so we had to purchase those items to wash dishes. Good location for east central MA Easy to get to from major highways. Adequate laundry facility. Comfortable room with workspace.

Nasty Room Smell Our check in went very smoothly. When we entered our room it had a nasty smell. We did not tell the front desk representative because we were exhausted from our travels.

Smell in the room The room Oder was horrible so to the carpets, I'm guessing it was the carpet. Had to use fabreeze to spray the room. The sheets did not smell clean. Had to ask for clean sheets and comforter For both beds. Shower was definitely not thoroughly wiped down as well. Overall we had to make the best of it.
