Work in Progress Stayed one night. Was told that hotel was just renovated. TV remote in my room did not work even after I temporarily replaced the batteries with my own. Diverter in bathtub that was supposed to divert water from tub to shower was stuck in place and half to 2/3 of water was still coming from bathtub spigot so shower had very weak flow. However, room was large and clean and hotel staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was just muffins and breakfast bars along with coffee served in lobby.

very good value very good value; free internet and breakfeast room was large and clean close to Kittery malls

If you just need a bed to sleep in, this will do My bathroom sink was not draining and bedding was old, outdated and not that comfortable.
