REALLY HARD TO FIND All was. Good. The one across the street, 1800 Computer Rd. Bigger rooms. THIS one needs better signs.....in fact Any Sign out T the intersection of Connector Rd./Research Rd would help. Even my GPS couldn't get me there because to get there you must turn into a pub' sparking lot, drive through the lot, and then down to the hotel. They are REALLY PET FRIENDLY AND SMOKER FRIENDLY.

Ok for the price for 1 night. Not what I expected. No hair blower in room, no shampoo, no lotion, water only goes thru the shower head. Got soaked.

Great Stay for the Price The hotel was pretty clean and the service of the staff was pretty good as well. I don't have any complaints in those regards. However, what I found annoying is that they advertised that the Wi-Fi was free, and in actuality it was not. The "free Wi-Fi" that they give you is EXTREMELY SLOW, and if you are looking to steam movies, it is IMPOSSIBLE. mass visit the hotel was clean & most of the staff were helpful and friendly. we had a broke coffee maker & the housekeeping girl gave us one from another room. we tried it but it didn't work either. then we contacted the front desk & they also gave us a coffee maker from another room which worked! some residents as well as staff were just outside the exits & entrance smoking since no smoking indoors. the beds could have been made better since the bottom sheet was not tucked in or pulled tight so there were wrinkles to sleep... read more

Convenient to Conference areas Two nights and Hotel as conveniently located and reasonably priced when compared to area facilities. Not remarkable except for those two things and no negatives in the experience.

Good Service Unfortunately the fridge was too noisy, had to turn it off at night. Only Smokerrooms available that week. Hotel itself is great for business visits.

Mediocre hotel with mediocre service The only thing this hotel has going for it is that it's relatively new and it is pet-friendly. However, I'll never stay at this chain again. Check-in process took 15 min. because there was no one at the front desk. I called twice while I stood there and listened to their phones ring with no response. Finally I got a maintenance person to find the front desk employee who was in the manager's office right adjacent to the front desk the entire time, which means they were intentionally ignori... read more
