The hotel is fine and they provide you with things that you need such as microwave, refrigerator, stove, iron, etc.

front desk was very understanding and helpful when i locked myself out of my room

Good location and easy access. The room needs upgrades as it looks old and with a lot of patches in the ceiling.

Breakfast is grab and go not continental, the water on the shower didn't go down

The receptionist was very courteous. She made the check-in process very short and pleasing. I was very disapointed with the WI-Fi service. I was promised a free WI-FI service and I ended up paying an extra $5.99 for WI-Fi service.Did I miss something ? Free means free. In the future,please let customers know the fees up front. It was a trick. Extended Stay will give you access to WI-Fi but it is a limited access.Beware. This is not the way to do business.Not ok.

The staff were not very welcoming both in person and on the phone. The room did not seem maintained. The remote was wrapped in tape, and the furniture was noticeably worn and damaged. The room did not have sheets for the pull out couch as I was told. The continental breakfast was nothing more than prepackaged muffins. This room worked for the one single night I needed a quick place for my dad and I to stay but had I needed an "extended stay" I would have looked elsewhere.
