Slightly Disappointed The staff and the hotel was nice but when I arrived, my two bed room was changed to two single rooms. I booked this in September 2013!!! Very disappointed. I know the kid behind the counter couldn't do anything about.
Nice Place to Stay Overall I gave it 4 stars as it does NOT have a swimming pool. I figured as much as I paid for the room, a pool would have been available. Amenities and location: The amenities worked very well in my room and they were clean. The location was wonderful – very close to everything; food places and the mall for tons of shopping. GREAT STAFF While I was there I accidentally lost my glasses. I contacted the front desk in the evening who said that he didn't have access to the lost and found(think that is a little strange) and that I would need to call in the. morning. No problem. I got ahold of Oscar in the morning who told me that there was nothing in the lost and found but,offered to look again and check under the bed. (I thought that I might have left them on the night stand) He called back while we were at church and left a voice message on my wife... read more
The rooms were small but clean. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure and temperature in the shower was great. The staff was very courteous. Also, it was quiet even though the hotel was full due to graduation weekend at the U of I.

convenient location Nice personal; very convenient location; the room was OK (except of somebody's hairs between the clean bedsheets). A kitchenette has everything you might need for a short period of stay and it was pleasantly clean.
